Reid, Appears to moving above short term downtrend. No MACD signal, but a stochastics buy in place. Is it better to wait and see if it closes above the the downtrend line.

I find that the financial stocks being up today very strange and almost feel like it is setting itself up for a nose dive. Do you have any feelings about shorting the dow here? Dia short?

Boy when I wrote about shorting the dow it was up 125 pts, 1/2 hour later its tanking, wow!! I didnt even get time to place a trade, now Im scared to, it being down so much, have to look at chart after close

I got a little P this morning and sold the rest of orcl and the "uncovered" wcom at a profit before everything caved in. Have a slight loss in ally and slight gain in slot and not sure what to do about it, they are fairly strong.
Didn't buy hov but it's pretty strong too, considering.
