Present Mods are staying as of now. There is also a "deferred queue". Someone can apply if all of the spots are filled and it will go into a separate request queue. When Admin sees these, we will review the current Mod line up. If there is someone who is violating the rules themselves or otherwise being inactive, we will likely replace them with the new User if he/she has proven to be successful at moderating or, at the very least, abides by the rules.

This is it in a nutshell.....if you can not Mod within the rules and someone who can wants in can....it's time to go.

JMO, but I feel all the sticky/IBOX stuff will work out if Mods that follow the rules are in place.

Proving you can cooperate with the TOU is a good baseline to prove you can cooperate with other Mods.
