ICOA has acquired or agreed to acquire several WI-FI providers...i think its problem is capital...where will it get the funds to execute these transactions....in the 9/11 10Q you saw where there were issuing hundreds of millions of shares to scrap up enough funds together for operations...and its debt load is HUGE compared to its asset base and revenues...it will be interesting to see how it pulls this together...i am not a basher...i own shares and am on their side...
