fuagf -- that's been my reaction -- certainly worth noting ([linked in] http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=69393493 and preceding and following), but not really anything new -- things as they are are murky enough, and against the background of ultimate legal challenges and the ongoing reality of uses/abuses of executive power in practice, it is not obvious to me that this bill, even if it were to become law (which I agree would not be a good thing), would have all that much actual impact
