Voo: I think when you make an assertion like that you should provide a link to a document or transcript. This gives your assertion some support and gives the person you are asking something to review. So, first, you provide a link, and then I'll provide a response.
It is just too easy to say "OK, well what about this...", expecting the person to whom you are directing the question to spend time and effort trying to figure out exactly what it is you are referring to.
