Hey arbpro/watchdog, your definition of "manufacturing capabilty" needs to be expanded to include that of labor which the company owns. Just because Navicom has no inhouse engineering staff doesn't mean that the company does not own the engineering/design labor that it outsources. This is similar to saying that companies like GE and GM are not manufacturers when it comes to projects that involve outsourcing. What Navicom will be doing as a Tier-1 is filling blank boxes with its own outsourced code, the labor for which is payed from Navicom coffers. They are not slapping Navicom labels on generic pre-manufactured boxes. Why are you so concerned that the company is not needlessly increasing its overhead?
