You were correct on one thing ...

The CEO, Cunningham, has never Bought a Share in the Open Market. He owns 250K Shares. 200K were granted Options, and 50K were Awarded. For him to receive a $100K Raise, and not spend some of it on Shares, shows a lack of conviction in his own Leadership ... but I am hoping that changes
