This has nothing to do with where they are now drilling. They are now in princess concession. The conflict has to do with the paradise concession. Mark this post the plaintiffs will lose and lose big. They had better pray that the geology dept does not revoke miles energy License now that they are trying to open a can of worms. Years ago I was the plaintiff in a case just like this and I ended up losing. I spent several hundred thousand dollars, filed injunctions etc and eventually lost.
