Paradise was sold by barrow and Acosta to treaty. The other two fellows claim to be the rightful owners of the company. If I were to gamble I will say the deal stays the way it is and mr miles and his buddy will soon be out of Belize entirely
It's relevant because treaty entered into an agreement to purchase the Paradise shares and it's big because it's not like the Princess concession where there is a 50% it's more like 100% Treaty minus the royalties paid to the two named, but their trying to say it wasn't theirs to sell. I think the ruling will be in favor for Treaty, I hope.
