More on biologic patent expirations. It is amazing how disparate are the various estimates of biologic patent expiration. E.g. the following two sources both look reputable and yet have wildly different data on patent expiration:
Note that the second one has been posted previously on this board and is substantially later (2011 vs 2007). However the data shouldn't have changed as much as, or in the way that, this data did. (One of the key benefits of the new legislation will, hopefully be a BLA Orange Book with patent dates?)
