Have you read through this yet? I am kinda on the fence with the wording. Wouldn't a reverse split be 1/40 instead of 40 to 1. Dilution to 3.000.000.000 shares seems like a big jump. To keep a hostile takeover at from happening. Doesn't look like a buyout is in our future. Waiting for comments.
But the math still eludes me.@ 40 to 1 will 1 million shares be 40 million or 400 thousand. I just try to make it. I don't pretend to know anything about it.
I guess that I will have keep the January 25 date on my calender open to attend the meeting. I was at the last shareholder meeting. That was when this stock took off to .19 after the last meeting. Maybe this is a good sign. GLTA!
