I personally am bullish and expecting long-term successes, but have 0% problem with anyone giving real bearish views. I happen to find such bearish due-diligence worthwhile as long as it is based on more than confusing and vague statements about saving others from themselves. So please give some specifics on your own in-depth due diligence.

Specifically, I'd like to hear more on, "You have no idea how far this is from the truth, but I do, and simply because I called both companies and did some rudimentary research."

I'm not surprised you were uncensored as we're a savvier group than one typically finds.
