Fascism is a form of government in which business interests determine the outcome of political events. It is a government of some very powerful business leaders in league with the administration. You are either on the inside or your out. It is not democratic.
We have seen incidents of this in the Bush administration already. The secret meetings on energy policy held by Chenney early in the administration ( just before the shit hit the fan). Chenney has fought the release of the records of these meetings. Just what you would expect from this new form of facism.
