What evidence do we have that he has nuclear weapons? We know he had/has chemical weapons and biological weapons because we gave it to him. I have not seen any evidence that he has been able to develop a nuclear weapon.
Also, if he was our friend in 1989 when di he become this bogey man? His neighbors are not that worried.
