were any of these people NOT on any other TKI for an extended period of time?

I'm sure all the patients in the Phase I were on other TKI's until failure. If they were intolerant, then maybe it wouldn't have been for a prolonged period I suppose, but my guess is that virtually everyone was on a TKI for a long time.
