Bravada chooses to put the company ownership in the hands of investors rather than handing the ownership and debts to the banks or other financial institutions
Yeah....thus essentially putting the load on the shoulders of the shareholders, who are taking the brunt (or burden) of the dirty work that needs to be done here for survival. Real noble of the company to do that.
