currrent dose is 160mg, I don't think they have seen any problems at this level.

"The new safety data include all 140 patients enrolled in the trial. MDV3100 has been generally well tolerated at doses of up to and including 240 mg/day. The most frequently reported adverse event was fatigue. Two witnessed seizures occurred in patients taking doses of 600 mg/day and 360 mg/day. Both patients were taking concomitant medications that can cause seizures. A possible but unwitnessed seizure was reported in a patient taking a dose of 480 mg/day."

Current dosing is 160mg/day - less than half the dose at which a seizure was observed.

Here is the description of the seizures from the earlier trial:

Two witnessed seizures occurred in patients taking doses of 600 mg/day and 360 mg/day. Both patients were taking concomitant medications that can cause seizures. A possible but unwitnessed seizure was reported in a patient taking a dose of 480 mg/day.

I'm guessing they might have mentioned it if there were any significant number of seizures in this latest trial. But I suppose there could have been a couple and they are waiting for the publication to disclose details.
