Perkins only owns 3.6% of the shares not the majority of them. I believe they are saying 2011 has been a better year than 2010

From what I'm reading it appears as though the operating losses for 2011 will be much lower than last period. To me that's good news :-)

"The Registrant anticipates that the loss in the results of operations for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2011 will be significantly lower as a result of decreased stock compensation expense in the 2011 period versus the 2010 period."


Don't know much about Perkins Capital however it appears that they are in AFPW for the long term. I think it's good news that they have increased their position.
