actually, I think you are correct in your post....40M of the earmarked shares are for the lender for future transfer of ownership to them.

Mgmt will retain majority ownership, IMO, at the pace of 1M shares per month it would take a while for them to lose ownership and that's assuming the lender doesn't sell any of those shares along the way.
