wadegarret: MFIC

A PE of 30 or less should be okay for considering a purchase, if you think Jim Cramer is right. If I heard him right, which is in doubt, he likes a company if it sells for less than twice its growth rate. So, if they grow earnings by 15 percent, I guess he means that a PE under 30 means undervalued.
I might be out to lunch on this.

I'll wait on MFIC until I see some more sales. Their equipment isn't going to fly out the door like cell phone accessories.

MFIC's 15% projected growth rate for '05 will be a thing of the past with its recent deliveries of the new M-700 Microfluidizers which were just introduced in May '05 and anticipated shipment of MMR's in late '05 or '06. The MMR's will have a $1 million price tag and will be marketed for the production of nanomaterials with very high yields to a broad range of Fortune 1000 industrial companies. In a recent CC the CEO said he expects to grow the company from $12 million in revenues in '04 to a range of $35 million to $100 million in the next few years. Here is what the CEO said today about future growth although no guidance was given:

"We anticipate realization of significant additional revenue enhancement in 2005 and beyond from bookings of additional orders for the M-700 series systems with the Constant Pressure Option. The Constant Pressure Option is one of the products
of MFIC's reinvigorated R&D program that was accelerated in the second quarter of 2004..."
