You are right! It is a bit disheartening, but maybe Biosolar would rather not be tied to one company (which GE might stipulate to keep a competitive advantage). Maybe they have already signed contracts with other companies? Maybe they have a different solution that they are working on? Maybe they are playing games? Why don't you ask them why? :)
