Apparently the judge had denied the appointment of an equity committee previously, but has been asked to reconsider. And I guess on Wednesday we will find out whether the judge will allow it or not, probably once and for all. Big hearing, most likely if we get a favorable ruling this will pop huge, and stay huge. Don't have a clue which way this will go.
