its alright zuela, the december 5th was my fault as i misinterprated a portion of the notification. But i already admitted and apalogized for it in an earlier post.

This board sure has a different feeling to it since journie gave up his mod position. But things change i guess.

Heads-up from headnorthw?? I don't think so, i simply went through the NT 10-Q and i take it you didn't? It's there in plain english if you read.

[ ] (c) The accountant's statement or other exhibit required by Rule 12b-25(c) has been attached if applicable.
