I would be curious to know how many potential collaborations they have turned down in order to pursue their own development. Already they acknowledge talking with Roche and it seems Roche went in another direction. I really wonder if they had talked with VRUS ever and how those talks went... Maybe in the follow up book we'll find out :-).
