They could have put that info on the fb page. They can't disclose about the filings but they could have at least put something on fb saying they were facing those challenges. Just my opinion. This is no excuse for the "quiet period". As I read the filing I thought it said a close friend of the CFO not his child. Regardless, I can't imagine losing my 2 or 3 year old. Very sad.
