If they file before the extended deadline, the Company will still be able to check the yes box as filing timely over the last 12 months, once 12 months has elapsed. Then expect to see Form S-8 here and there. They want to file Form S-8, believe me, they cannot wait to file Form S-8 so they have to file within the timeline or else no S-8. So expect them to file on time.
