I'd be reluctant to start taking a bike apart I had only owned for one day also.

Especially without a service manual.

Hopefully they can point you right to where the connector/s are and you can check them out.

I'm waiting for pictures of the new bike! ~BG~ Sure glad I didn't go for a wing. Actually the wing seemed a bit small for me. My knees were right up against part of the fairing (?) and there didn't seem to be any other position for feet. I like to be able to put my feet in a couple of places for a "cruise". My inseam is 34".
