since there are no shorts or shorting of any kind going on, as has been proven repeatedly, this company is a lost cause.
I'd be more worried about a reverse split than anything else.
Will Pagnano resign so he can get paid? He is owed pretty much the whole market cap. He now dumped his preferred shares.....for cash or swapped with another co's almost-worthless shares? No filing....not a good sign.
