A Lordly sum like that could have terrible consequences for a company the size of Telvue. They might lose the lease on their corporate headquarters. They might fail to make payroll. They might default on their debts (They DO have debt, don't they?)

Yes sir. At $196 every ten years, this flipping could well destroy the underpinnings of the entire US economy.
