Loanranger

"Retail store still being opened but there was some issues with that location"
This wasn't true: "Super Rad Toys Opens Its First Retail Store"

FBCD is still opening a retail store that is confirmed by CEO
- I will give you that the pr heading could have been worded differently. But it is certainly not a lie

"not sure of you have a business background"
From the looks of your picture, my business experience is longer than your breathing history.

Well we have something in common, both have business experience..

"im not sure about the financing... do you know for sure it didn't happen?"
I'm sure. This wasn't true:
"FBC Holding Inc. Secures Two Million Dollars in Financing"

Again like I said you should ask chris if you are honestly concerned. For me its a non-issue. Business decisions have to be made from time to time, but you already know that

"But chris, from my dd, backed out of the choppers deal because it was a bad business decision."
The point is, that he wasn't truthful when he said this:
"Wave Uranium Buys FBC Holdings, Inc."
And this, in July:
"I am so excited that the Asset Purchase Agreement is now finalized"
And this:
"The acquisition of Ooh Wee Media gives Super Rad Industries a new dynamic"

regarding wave buys comment... its not untruthful bro.. things in business change. For example...

ATT announced they are going to buy T mobile. But it may not get approved per FCC... does that mean ATT CEO was a liar?
NO

Again regarding the others.. business decisions

"Do you know for fact they did not buy mobile app company."
Ask him. Wouldn't you think that he might mention the NAME of the company in the PR he published about buying it? If he bought one he didn't mention it in the filings that he signed. Would that be a BUSINESS DECISION, too?

App company is a non issue for me. Im sure that if I asked, or anyone he would answer.. You seem more concerned about it than me.. why dont you ask him?

Yes it would

"Per my dd there was a delay and problem with the factory in china."
Fine. So he issued a press release saying "Super Rad Toys Has Teamed Up With Love Is... to Produce Collectible Figures". Then he decided not to. And the only one who found out about it was you. Did he ask you to spread the word? Because he apparently forgot to do that himself.

No, please dont twist.. PR said they have teamed up, they did sign a deal. He did not decide not to. If you ready my post about dd there was an issue with the factory producing the product on time and he made a business decision on a stronger product.

LET ME GET REAL HERE

He did NOT ask me to spread the word. This is my investment and when ppl call the CEO of a company I invested in a liar it affects me and my investment. So I will stand up for it and do DD.

People on here are calling him a liar and fraud ... so I am going to set the record straight. He did not ask me, nor am I employed by FBCD.. I am an investor and the false lies being spread here are a personal attack to me and my investment. That sufficient for you?

"not sure of you have a business background"
You're asking the wrong guy. Ask "chris".

Funny thing about public companies. You aren't supposed to have to call them to ask them to explain why they haven't kept their promises. They are obligated to make that information public without investors having to ask.

Chris does have a business background.

nothing he is saying is insider and if an investor cares about this stock and wants to buy it, not just bash or short, they will call and get clarification on that. What is so hard..

that clear thing sup bro

The 15th, could very well prove to a stellar day for FBCD. Then again, the filing could be lackin' answers to some questions, leavin' the door open to ridicule --- Either way, the next 45 days are very important, from an investor's point of view, where FBCD's concerned... To deny manipulation in this arena, is kinda like blind-foldin' yourself before crossin' the busiest intersection you can think of. Wouldn't happen---To deny the stretchin' of things by a modern day business man, would also be rather short-sighted...... Shit happens to us all, young or old. In business, in life. Hence the importance of the filing that's just around the bend. No doubt that Chris has a pretty nice deal worked out with SuperRad, and some excellent possibilities lie ahead. The filing will put to rest some of the doubts that've been used to squeeze the stock to this point. It could be a very good thing, or leave too many unanswered questions, that remains to be seen, doesn't it? Reckon we'll all have to wait and see--- Third time lucky, so to say... I'm banking on Chris comin' through. Stayin' optimistic >>>>>>>>>>> Be cool
