don't you people get it yet ,they are not gonna disclose anything correct via the courts ,they know we listen in ..it's all in the plan ...your p's are not getting paid 100% to leave u's with zero..and that's the reality pass it along to your p buds

This is just an opinion I'm asking for. Until we see the details of the settlement, no one has the answers. My question is in response to this part of your post:

"Equity is for all classes, so I doubt h's get totally screwed out of this high anticipated recovery."

From what I know, as of right now, the waterfall will be about $7B. It could be more, maybe an extra $2.5B based on what happens with the Hedge Funds. However, as it stands right now, by the time the dispersement of money reaches the P's and especially the commons, there isn't going to be much money left to split up.

I'm curious about your "...high anticipated recovery" statement. I've seen a lot of guesses as to who's going to get paid what, from P's getting as low as 20% of their value, to commons getting no money, just shares of the NEWCO.

What is your opinion on this? Just so you know, your answer will be visible to Google's 'crawler,' where it will be scooped up, stored in a 'high priority' folder, then forwarded to the appropriate Government and Military organizations.
