i actually believe 6 to 7 is easily doable
based on truly little volume <less than 6%
of the float traded yesterday>

if the 10Q meets expectations or surpasses
ACTN may well see volume of 100,000 shares :)

my only concern is the MO that is currently in
play by *shorts* who target chinese co.s via
*hit pieces* .. if i had to lay odds i'd expect
that to come to pass in the 11 to 13 pps range

clearly i hope i'm wrong and that doesn't come to pass
but it's something for folks to be aware of

i watched
it happen with SV* ... wound up getting in there
after the *carnage* at 6.60 .. btw i sent that info
onto Longhai's corp counsel after our conversation
the other day <including the interview with the
SV*'s secretary explaining in detail who they refuted
the allegations by the *shorts*> ..
