I think it is more than fair to say that the Shining Tree camp is still early in the process of being defined. They've clearly not made "the big find" at Shining Tree yet... but, there is clearly enough there to keep them busy for a long time. I expect there will be a significant number of 1 million plus ounce targets located... only considering the probabilities in the lower grade surface deposits. What it means that Platinex just reported finding surface grades of 29 g/ton is clearly still an open question...
SRSR has reported some higher grade samples than others in the area... and, it is interesting enough that when you look at the companies that are out there trying to carve out a place for themselves in the new camp, there isn't ever even a mention of SRSR's Shining Tree interest...
Of course, it also isn't the case that the gold actually gravitates to the spots controlled by the ones who make the most noise, or that squeak first... and, particularly early in the development of any new gold camp, you should expect there is going to be a lot going on that stays hidden well below the level of media awareness. Company's that are out there making noise, aren't different than others... they're making the noise they are because they've taken their stake, and are selling their story.
It still appears SRSR isn't quite ready to say what they think they have, yet... even to the extent that they manage to be ignored by the others. That can easily change, of course, and can change more easily with "the right news"...
