Where are the shares going to come from tomorrow? Those of us with "GERS" shares will not have "GERSD" shares tomorrow, will we? If not the carnage, if it is going to occur, cannot happen until sometime in the future. It looks as if the Q3 is not coming out today/tonight. One thing you cannot call KK is stupid. He wouldn't play Russian roulette with only one EMPTY chamber. Executing the R/S before any news can prop up the PPS post R/S is just that in market terms.

The important thing is to maintain the current OS at 15M. If KK wants this to be NASDAQ stock someday he cannot dilute. Correct me if I'm wrong at 20M revenue with 15M OS we're worth $1.40 ballpark straight up. 10 cents to $1.40 is a hell of a jump but it won't trade that way with 20B AS
