Porgie, Don't Overlook that Jeff DiGenova is the ONLY person on the hook for NHSH actions.. He is EVERYTHING... Pres, Treas, BOD a@ NHSH so ole Mike & Co can cliam they are clear of any "Problems" @ NHSH THEY are MS B.V.I... MAYBE why no 8-K filed changing name, officers @ NHSH as PR'd .

NHSH is a seriously FUBAR'ed mess. There are apparently more shares issued than authorized, and the T.A. seems to be out of the loop regarding these stunts.
