I admit, I've not done a whole lot of looking at other companies, mostly because I don't see that what has happened at other companies will influence the court ruling, as I don't believe that it will be considered admissible in any way.
Who knows, perhaps his past has been a learning experience and shareholders here will benefit.........he definitely seems to have a wide experience of financing, maybe he could even help Kendrick find something to get that Libya contract off the ground.....if he is found to have ownership of those shares, it would be of great benefit to him........
Wouldn't it be better for them all to pool their experience and abilities and make the company succeed?
It would appear that Kendrick can't do it with the group he has now.....no filings, yet, and still needing funding, and they have been looking quite a while
