I think you are a little "off" with that response. Hardwood is talking about pr in relation to the suspension. Anwm retained a securities expert, an attorney who formerly worked for the sec. Retaining an attorney for corporate matters is a material event, especially on a shell acquisition--& most important after an sec suspension!
You gave broad, irrelevant examples of pr's about retaining attorneys. I didn't even go through this whole list that you provided. Just the 1st handful show completely different reasons: 1 has to do with patents, 1 looks like it was to serve as a scare tactic for internet/message board bashers & 1 was to file a 10-SB to become sec fully reporting. I missed your point there ace.
