They are the Level 2's
The first is the # of Market Makers on the bid with the bid price.
ex... 2x.0017
The second is the # of MM's on the ask with the ask price,
ex... 5x.0018

HighRad... Those numbers are from Level 2 (L2) displays. L2 shows the trading activity, broken down by individual market makers. In your example, 5x7 means that there are 5 market makers "on the bid", i.e., willing to buy stock from sellers at the current high bid price, whereas there are 7 market makers who would like to sell stock at the current high "ask" price.
