option - are you speaking for lovethatgreen? b/c if you are doubting that the sale took place, then that's good for bfar, cuz that means we still have the company intact, but if the sale took place, and you presume that based upon the 'liquidation' news that the target acquisition was never bought by bfar, then, yes, where is the 30m.
another posted claimed he called the auditors and asked about the sale and the acquisition (and implicitly ...where is the money from the sale), and the auditor said they knew nothing about the sale or the potential acquisition.
right now, its anyones guess. anyone can call the auditors, but not all may report back accurately.
