Not sure what you'd like to see here looks like BFAR in march expressed interest in acquiring HBZLY. But the owners had not made a firm decision to liquidate that subsidiary until Oct 25. if indeed it's the same subsidiary in question.
Its a great find. Wouldnt hold your breath - especially since a liquidation is not terms I'd hope to use if it was a liquidation/sale to BFAR. All we can say, is that there was such a subsidiary, and that its being liquidated, whatever that means. Doesnt seem to mean a sale, but I hope I am wrong.
