The question to the board is if Treaty is so close to finding commercial quantities of oil in a couple weeks, why would a company run by Andrew Reid want to sell shares before it happens?
it looks like he registered to sell plff shares not treaty.he seems to be invested and involved with several companies.Maybe we should all get into plff also
