The gap that he is leaving out is that Premiere was formed for a reason. He nor anyone knows why it was formed as a new entity. Without that answer, it's all just jibberish, especially with this "dabbling in mining" & "shell hijacking" nonsense.

Yep, can you point me to a bonafide entity that wants to merge with ANWM? Also can you point me to one who claims there will never be any dilution whatsoever for any reason?

The promotion here was irresponsible and has put this company into a very dark hole. How do you think Ken will explain the no dilution ever theory to FINRA? Don't companies gain access to the public market in order to tap into share issuances so they can raise funds to grow their business?

What would be the benefit of any private company to reverse merge into a pink sheet shell, incurring significant cost to keep current and provide info if they had no intention of utilizing this public company for the exact reason why all companies become public in the first place?

Get my drift? Irresponsible promotion, unbelievable statements, no logic or common sense and yet FINRA is supposed to look at it and say "Yeah, that makes perfect sense" LOL

Unfortunately now a dirty shell (IMO it was never 'clean' in the first place), and losing credibility daily. No one will want it with all this overhead that is attached now.
