Don't have PM but from what I recall the series D preffered shares are convertible after the stock trades at 2.50 for so many days..which it never has!!! Only 1.7 million shares to .01 now someone came off the ask.lol Need big news!! Come on Cmgr the orphans and food bank will thank you later!!!!! Run!! Run I say!! lol
