injection mold should produce one housing every 100 to 120 seconds, or some 700 units/day in a 24 hours shift...I have the feeling that'll be sufficient for the first year of production...
I also recall that SEVU was working on multi-cavity molds, capable of "popping" some 6 units every 2 minutes, so I don't expect that to be a problem...
