Well...to be honest with you I have never seen a company try to uplist Wihout having brands or pokers in the fire. Just because they haven't reported any sales doesn't mean they aren't working or are in talks of some sort.Not that I am implying they are but I am saying that I think their management is top notch in my opinion.
BioSolar has said all along that the UL RTI approval of the Backsheet would pave the way for PV companies to resubmit their products with BioSolar's Backsheets to UL. Only when UL certifies the resubmitted Backsheets can there be contracts and hence revenue. I anticipate contracts/revenue to roll in by February 2012.
