The Company continues to protect and develop its technical work. The Company was founded to pursue

taken tight budgets and attempted to commercialize. Most of the money raised by the Company came
from its founders over the years and our mission progress continues. We have historically raised capital
and expensed the money on technical work. We have learned in the recent few years this is corporately
unsound.
