Yeah, one of Briscoe's half-brained goofy deals.

I agree. Why else would they cancel the agreement before they have all the reports from SRK. I find this interesting

I agree that we know just part of the story. There are many financing efforts in progress, MLV having been but one. Not being privy to the negotiations, none of us know how this move fits into the whole scheme of things. For example, after obtaining financing from another source, MLV may have been jettisoned. We just don't know and will await more information. Until then, it is premature to assume the implications of this. Except that it provides some with an easy target for criticism.

Didn't Tracy confirm that there was confidence funding for ZTEM would be available just a couple of days ago? And the MLV contract was terminated October 7th, so she must have known about that.

I agree. For one thing, it makes no sense to sign a 4-month minimum contract, then get impatient and cancel it at 6 months because "nothing's getting done".

We haven't been able to confirm (yet) whether Friedrich has left MLV. But it appears highly likely from the 8K.

Friedrich was our guy at MLV, he was specifically named in the original contract as our handler. So I'm thinking he's going back to his own business and we're going with him.
