Perhaps I am missing something, but, didn't they do what you requested several months ago when they said the audit of ams was complicating the 10k and that we would get the audit when it was ready? I don't recall them setting any other timelines after that PR. It is true that many have reported on this board that IR had said "soon" or "in a couple weeks" or something like that lacking any specifics. So technically, they are not late "again", they are "still" late. I know that seems like splitting hears, but, it does mean that they are delivering on promise just not at the pace we investors would prefer. JMHO. Ck
