No I did not mean to imply he was legit during the whole scam. I think he got caught up in it and also got screwed at the same time. I just think he is making a run here to be legit with CTBG to max his gain. The reason being CTBG seems to be hitting on all cylinders and therefore does not need to go the scam route. Also Jerry at one time was legit. I am not betting the house by any means.
