How can you say that is not their goal? They HAVE personally claimed to cause chaos by shutting down the system. Block avenues and roads so that commerce and business comes to a halt.

when protestors have no demands....no goals....no solutions.....why would you/they "protest"???
answer: to cause disruption.....
they have disrupted businesses (banks are business)....they blocked a prt (then gave that up because it was a really, really bad idea).....they harass people.....they cause property danmage (are you suggesting the hundreds of arrests in Oakland were arbitrary??)
